At the bottom of this page you will find the Financial Planning Services Contract (PURPLE FORM). Please review this carefully and sign at the bottom where indicated. If you have questions about this agreement, contact your advisor to discuss further.
We have created 2 package options to help combine all your financial service needs into one affordable monthly payment plan. Below is an outline of the service packages. Once you have decided on the right plan for you, fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form (Orange Form) below (bottom of page).
* Tax Return Preparation includes Forms 1040, Schedule A, and state tax return. Any additional forms will be billed at a discounted rate. Ask your RF Advisor for details. 1Ragain Financial will review income and expenses each month to create a reasonable and flexible budget. Each month, your advisor will review your account information and comment on opportunities to save money or if changes are needed.
