At the bottom of this page you will find the Financial Planning Services Contract (PURPLE FORM).  Please review this carefully and sign at the bottom where indicated.  If you have questions about this agreement, contact your advisor to discuss further.

1Ragain Financial will review income and expenses each month to create a reasonable and flexible budget.  Each month, your advisor will review your account information and comment on opportunities to save money  or if changes are needed.
