The START UP PACKAGE provides new business owners with everything they need to setup and operate their new venture.  The service includes:

  • Quarterly Payroll including preparation of payroll tax returns
  • Business tax return preparation each spring by licensed CPA
  • Personal tax return preparation each spring by licensed CPA
  • Annual tax projections
  • 1 planning meeting per year with your tax advisor
  • Participation in the financial planning service and preparation of your financial plan
  • Management of up to $50,000.00 of investments in our IAS

If you would like to have your business incorporated, we can prepare the entire package with standard documents for $400.00 (plus state fees). Standard documents include filing your EIN, preparation of articles of incorporation, filing of the Form 2553, customized binder and stock certificates.
